Chantry Circuitry Part 7 - Call to The Shadow
(Click to see full size with greater detail)
Another piece from my New Book "Chantry Circuitry". It is a series of poetic calls and incantations to Mystical and Archetypal figures. The Mandalas are meditation tools constructed from manipulated images of the poetry.

Call To The Shadow
I call to you, O Shadow
Against my closing throat.
Sidelined in a loudening now,
In gleaming armoured coat.
The idle in the Builder,
The mad disturb my dreams.
I played the reconciler
As you fray my careful seams.
I abandoned you to others,
Painted on all faces.
Now we stand together,
Night defines silk lace.
I embrace you, my shadow
And lift you from the cold.
You entwine within my now
Stone scabbard around gold.Happy Tomes Tuesday
